I've been caught with semester exams for the past 1 month or so & between all of these it was getting harder and harder to check out the blog and keep up with our social media platforms. Poor Areesha had to do most of the blogging so I feel bad about that. Anywho, now that I'm back I thought of sharing 10 beauty lippies we love and use all the time. Eid's coming up and I'm sure everyone is busy planning out their outfits and makeup, so allow us to help you choose the right lippies that will stay on through all that stuffing and hogging on Eid day!
No.1- Rimmel's "The Only One" Lipstick:
So we've reviewed 4 of their "The only one" collection and if you've read that review, you probably know how much we adored these lippies because of their moisturizing ability plus it's non-drying formula which skips your lips from feeling tight, ya know what I mean?
It gives a great luminous coverage and is pretty vibrant. You can wear the shades at any timr of the day and look amazing in Eid!
It's available in Bahrain at every leading store for B.D 4.7 but I'm not sure if it's available in Pakistan or not.
No.2- GOSH "Velvet Touch" Lipstick
Lakme 9 to 5 Stayed on for a good 6 hours and honestly lightened a tiny bit after eating. These shades are perfect If you're not to sure about what color to go for in Eid. It's price is quite affordable but sadly it's only available in India.

No.2- GOSH "Velvet Touch" Lipstick
Is one of the top brands in the Middle East. The shade we have is Kitch and is just right for us and all desi skin tones (when I was buying this u just saying was a little skeptical) but after using it I have not turned my back on it! You can never go wrong with this, it is moisturizing, intense and long lasting color with a velvety finish and is priced at under BD. 5.
No.3- Beauty UK Lipstick:
Beauty uk lipsticks are the talk of the town since their increasing similarity with the very famous MAC lipsticks that went viral back in 2014. They have a wide variety of lipsticks from their new collection ranging from a wet to matte finish.
They also are super pigmented which is why people are comparing it with MAC. If you don't want to splurge on MAC lippies than this would be a perfect alternative!

Ok, so this is a brand we have a lot of respect for. The first ever halal make-up range in Pakistan MM Makeup aka Massarat Misbah Makeup founded by Massarat Misbah herself is becoming a staple of every pakistani women. Their prices are not more than the industries top makeup brands which makes them a tough competitor now. We'll be talking about 3 of their lip products. We also love their silk foundation and blush too!
No.4 - MM Lip Varnish:
MM lip varnish is a new creation by Massarat Misbah. Infused with Shea butter and Vitamin E it aims to give a smoothing lip color plus opulence with a light weight luxurious tone. It's available in both matte and shimmer finish. We've got the shade "uptown girl" which gives a slight coral-orangish tone, something you might go for on neutral Eid outfits.
Price is Rs.750 and you can find them in Pakistan only at the moment, particularly at Agha's and Depilex in Karachi.
No.5 - MM Lipgloss:
MM lipgloss like its name suggest is glossy texture lippie but with a rather impressive formula. It's give a deep shine and has a long lasting plus non-sticky formula that I adore! It also it moisturizing. We use the shade "Dahlia" which is a rather dark tone, you might want to wear at an evening Eid dinner.
Price: 680 and you can find them at the location mentioned above!
No.6 - MM Liquid Lipstick:
I was super excited when I found out that MM Makeup also launched their very own liquid lipstick. With the liquid lipstick craze, MM makeup tried their best to give a formula that gave the right texture with over-drying the lips too much. They claim to offer a rich, creamy opaque color that can never go wrong with any skin tone. We use the "Phenomenal Red" and I must say it does look phenomenally red. As for your Eid look, you know what they say: "When in doubt, Go for Red!" Sadly, they only sell 4 shades.

No. 7- Essence 2-in-1 Liqud Lipstick:
This by far has to be my favorite brand because of their awesome prices! They're new releases are always up to date with the latest makeup trends in the industry and never fail to disappoint with their pricing. Our favorite from their a Winter collection in the their 2-in-1 liquid lipstick, it's formula unites the coverage of a lipstick with the shine of a gloss!
It also has a super cute packaging which makes it look like a lipstick. I always been a fan of short lipgloss wands since I think it becomes easier to apply so that's something that I love about this product!

No.8- Elizabeth Arden Lipstick (the wild collection):
Elizabeth Arden is one of those brands you rarely hear about. Being in the industry for a very long time now, Elizabeth Arden have their own way of creating products that aim to simple enhance one's beauty rather than modifying, that is why you probably won't see them jumping up to the scene of color concealers and neon eyeliners because that's not their "Thing." And that is something I like about them, I think that makes them unique in one way too. Here's a lipstick from their "The Wild" collection that comes with a box filled with various makeup items so this is not from a specific lipstick range of Elizabeth Arden.
The reason I'm mentioning this lippie is because of the quality of this product! It glides on so smoothly and just gives the right amount of tint to your lips and freshens your look. It's staying power is not that impressive though. Unfortunately you can't buy this separately as its a part of their "The Wild" Collection so you basically have to to buy the whole kit instead of one individual lipstick.

This Indian brand has been our everyday staple because of its light weight and smooth glide on finish. It claims to provide creaseless finish. I think this would go well if you have a south Asian skin tones It is Enriched with vitamin E & wheat germ oil that serves the purpose of softening your lips.

No.10- L'oreal Color Riche Lipstick:
So we got this lipstick almost a year back as a part of L'oreal Color Riche 30th Anniversary. it claims to be enriched with a combination of Omega-3 oils and Vitamin E which helps protect your lips from drying. I love the color of the lipstick even though it is a little too bright for me! It's staying power is strong and it's perfectly pigmented so if you don't mind going for bold lips in the morning then you should definitely try this matte & velvety shade with a subtle gloss!
If you're not keen on spending a little more than your budget then this might not be the one for you.
